The $50.00 deposit holds your date. Cancel at least 48 hours before your event date and your deposit is refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event forfeit the deposit.

If weather makes setup unsafe, we’ll reschedule at no cost or refund your deposit in full.

The renter is responsible for providing a safe, clear, level setup space with access to power.

The balance shown on your booking is due on delivery day.

Inflatafun rents to residential homes only. We do not provide rentals for commercial venues, public or ticketed events, festivals, schools, daycares, or municipal and park installations.

Inflatafun is not TSSA (Technical Standards and Safety Authority) certified. Our inflatables are supplied for private, residential use. If your event requires TSSA-certified equipment or an amusement-device permit, we are unable to fulfil it.

Inflatable activities carry inherent risks — including falls, collisions, flips, improper use, equipment failure, and weather-related hazards — that can result in injury, property damage, or worse. By booking, the renter voluntarily assumes all of these risks for themselves and everyone taking part during the rental period.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the renter releases and holds harmless Inflatafun and its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, or losses arising from use of the equipment, including claims based on negligence.

The renter agrees to indemnify Inflatafun against any claims, damages, or costs arising from the use, misuse, operation, transport, or supervision of the equipment during the rental.

A responsible adult (18 or older) must supervise the inflatable at all times. Inflatafun does not provide supervision unless arranged in writing.

Please separate children by age and size where possible; and follow all manufacturer safety rules for the whole rental.

No roughhousing, wrestling, climbing the walls, flips, or horseplay. No food, drinks, gum, or sharp objects inside the inflatable.

When Inflatafun delivers and installs an inflatable, the renter and their guests must not move, reposition, adjust, disconnect, or tamper with the inflatable, blower, extension cords, stakes, sandbags, or anchoring system.

If the equipment is moved, disconnected, or tampered with after installation, the renter assumes full responsibility for any resulting injury, damage, or loss, and releases Inflatafun from liability for it.

Every pickup rental includes a $400.00 refundable security deposit, held (pre-authorized) on the card used to book — this is separate from the $50.00 reservation deposit charged at booking. (Delivery orders don't require this hold — we handle the equipment ourselves.)

Because a card hold only lasts about a week, the $400.00 hold is placed on your card about 3 days before your event — not at booking. It's a hold, not a charge.

After the equipment is returned in good condition, the hold is released in full. We only keep some or all of it for damage, missing items, or a cleaning fee caused by prohibited items (see above).

I agree not to use the inflatable during high winds (25 km/h or higher), thunderstorms, lightning, heavy rain, or any other unsafe weather conditions.

If unsafe weather develops during my rental, I will immediately stop use, evacuate all participants, and deflate the inflatable until conditions are safe.

The following items are strictly prohibited on or around the inflatable:

Glitter, Confetti, Silly String, Face Paint, Slime, Coloured Powders, Permanent Markers, Sharp Objects, Fireworks, Pets, Smoking or Vaping, Glue.

Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning or damage charges.

$100 Cleaning Fee if the inflatable is returned excessively dirty or requires additional cleaning due to prohibited substances, including but not limited to glitter, confetti, silly string, slime, face paint, food, mud, or excessive dirt.

$200 Biohazard Cleaning Fee if the inflatable is soiled with vomit, blood, urine, feces, or any other bodily fluids.

All rented equipment must be returned on time, as specified on your booking, and in the same clean, dry condition it was provided (see cleaning fees above).

Late returns may be subject to additional rental charges.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your booking — your name, contact details, and event address.

Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never store your full card number.

We don’t sell your information.
