The $50.00 deposit holds your date. Cancel at least 48 hours before your event date and your deposit is refunded in full.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event forfeit the deposit.

If weather makes setup unsafe, we’ll reschedule at no cost or refund your deposit in full.

An adult must supervise children at all times while the unit is in use.

The renter is responsible for a safe, clear setup space and keeping the unit free of shoes, food, and sharp objects.

The balance shown on your booking is due on delivery day.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your booking — your name, contact details, and event address.

Payment is handled by our payment provider; we never store your full card number.

We don’t sell your information.
